Looking
towards my experience it is seen that Owners basically want the head of the
organization who is just the “YES MAN”. ?
Why, I
couldn't Understand?
But today
scenario says that if you want to be successful person or employee, then you
should be yes man. We should don’t take our brain to the office just keep the
brain at home.
But when
we think of the success of the empire, then it seems that I am wrong. The man
behind the story has a long vision,and he needs a leader which follow blindly
and get the work done by the employees in any condition.
I have
also observed that the 30–40 percent person who are small employee are giving
their best output to run any business, which is captured or shown by the heads
of the organization to the management.
So when i
conclude the all confusion or mesh going on the brain it is found that the
empire, the business, or any organization is the 30–40 percent person whos
dedication, luck, their efforts, their perception, their faithfulness, their
nobleness is only the reason of the success.
While the
other just put or show their efforts and bring the business success and get
their promotion, hike in a salary and other facility from the business.
