Ravana : Devil or Friend

According to Wikipedia Devil is  "A cruel wicked and inhuman person". further Friend is a  person you know well and regard with affection and trust and think of your welfare. 

As we discuss that Ravan was full of Ego or arrogance. Is it true ? In my perception it is not true. Ravan was a brilliant scholar, a savant and has the knowledge of different Shastra and holi books. He was a strongest Shiv Bhakt. 

He is the only person who was having the power to control all Nine Planet. 
 
Now think how can he full of Ego or he may proud. Not at All. 
 
He and all his brother was given ashirwad or Vachan that they will be killed by Vishnu Avatar known as RAM. It is not basically a concept that Ram Killed Ravana. 

But Ravana and his family members was given Moksha by Prabhu Shri Ram. 
 
Ravana knows that every one has to die. If we have to die than why not we die by God. 
 
God doesn't kill but we get Moksha from him, and our birth is successful. 
 
So Ravana intentionally has given Moksha to his whole Kull or Rakshasha by getting killed by Prabhu Rama. 
 
So in my opinion it is not Cruelty of Ravana but Kutniti of Ravana to get kalyan of his family and Rakshash Jati.

Present scenario of teaching and learning process has changed. Now we need to bring a change in the traditional way of teaching and focus on “Experiential learning”. Experiential learning is the process of learning through practical experience. By practical experience we do not mean practical which are conducted in labs of different subject, but it means learning through reflection on doing. Being teacher and mentor, we need to engage our students in hands-on experiences and their reflection, as a result it will make our students to connect theories and knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world situations. Experiential Learning engages our students in direct experience and will focused reflection which will help them to increase their knowledge, will enhance their skills and clarify related values. Facilitated and guided with such practice reflection and evaluation will become essential components of their transformative method of learning. The steps in Pfeiffer and Jones' experiential learning cycle explain what must occur during an activity to ensure maximum learning. The five steps to follow in Experiential learning are experiencing, publishing, processing, generalizing, and applying. By applying this method of learning students can better grasp concepts and will have the opportunity to be more creative. Teachers often observe improved attitudes toward learning of their students. Experiential learning focuses on the learning process for the individual. It becomes responsibility of the teachers in the coming future to develop their skills in the planning and organization of teaching and learning activities in their lectures.

Corporate Culture
Looking towards my experience it is seen that Owners basically want the head of the organization who is just the “YES MAN”. ?
Why, I couldn't Understand?
But today scenario says that if you want to be successful person or employee, then you should be yes man. We should don’t take our brain to the office just keep the brain at home. 
But when we think of the success of the empire, then it seems that I am wrong. The man behind the story has a long vision,and he needs a leader which follow blindly and get the work done by the employees in any condition. 
I have also observed that the 30–40 percent person who are small employee are giving their best output to run any business, which is captured or shown by the heads of the organization to the management. 
So when i conclude the all confusion or mesh going on the brain it is found that the empire, the business, or any organization is the 30–40 percent person whos dedication, luck, their efforts, their perception, their faithfulness, their nobleness is only the reason of the success. 
While the other just put or show their efforts and bring the business success and get their promotion, hike in a salary and other facility from the business.
